In 1896, Warboys saw the establishment of its first school, referred to as The Board School.
This historic building now functions as the village library and is a hub for various community groups, including a playgroup. In 1972.

A new educational institution, the Warboys Community Primary School was built for the sum of £91,000, at the present school location in Humberdale Way. It was inaugurated in 1972 by the Marquis of Exeter
This school underwent a significant transition on April 1, 2019, when it became part of the Thomas Deacon Education Trust (TDET) and was renamed Warboys Primary Academy.

This was the very first Witch Emblem in Warboys. It was produced by Peter Leonard of Old Hurst, when Horace Hyde (Headmaster) asked the older boys in 1946 to draw an emblem for the New School Magazine (One of 64 all together).
