The Methodist Church in Warboys was initially built around 1900. This wooden structure served as a place of worship for the local Methodist community. However, as the congregation grew, there was a need for a larger, more permanent structure.

In 1938, the wooden church was replaced by the current brick church. This new building was constructed brick by brick, incorporating a chapel from Great Raveley. This painstaking process of reconstruction reflects the dedication and commitment of the Warboys Methodist community.
