Appointment Booking
| Doctors: | Pre bookable appointments are available up to 14 days in advance with Doctors. If you have an ongoing condition we would encourage you to see your usual doctor by pre-booking an appointment but this may mean a wait of up to 2 weeks
New acute conditions:- Patients are advised to use the link https://florey.accurx.com/p/D81060 and give as much information as possible and the duty clinician will text or ring them back the same day. Alternatively patients can ring if they do not have access to the internet. |
| Nurses: | Some pre bookable appointments are available up to 2 weeks in advance or can be booked directly through the receptionist on the same day – The process for booking nurses appointments has not changed |

Online Patient Triage
As of Wednesday 4 October 2023 the Moat House Surgery has gone ‘live’ with our new online consultation patient triage. This is a great way for patients to contact our practice for medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. Please try and give as much specific and concise information as possible.
We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can still call reception who will run through the form with you on the phone and complete on your behalf.
